* this is multiplied from the ending price.
example: a fullbody sketch for $20 but with the additional 3 characters. multiplied that by 0.8 is an extra 16 dollars
prices might be increased if the character designs are more complicated. in turn, if a character design is more simple, pricing might be decreased.

IntroductionWelcome to my carrds. By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. please read them carefully.- These terms apply to all commissions and interactions with me- I reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice
1. Commission Process- To request a commission, please contact me through my twitter, instagram, my email, or discord which is linked on my main page- Provide a clear description of your request, including reference images if applicable- Once the details are agreed upon, an initial deposit of 1/3% of the price is required to begin the work
2. Payment- Payments can be made through multiple different sites↳ Cash app↳ Paypal↳ The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork before the final product is delivered- Prices are subject to change based on the scope and complexity of the work/characters
3. Revisions- Up to 3 minor revisions are okay and you will not be charged for them↳ After 3, you may be charged to protect my work- Major revisions or additional changes may incur extra fees
4. Delivery- Estimated completion time will be provided at the start of the commission- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and I will communicate any changes to the timeline
5. Copyright and Usage- I, Mona, retains all copyrights to the artwork- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon- Commercial use of the artwork requires an additional licensing fee of up to 20%- I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, such as posting on social media, unless explicitly requested otherwise
6. Refunds and Cancellations- Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun- If I’m unable to complete the commission, a full refund will be issued
7. Client Responsibilities- Provide clear and accurate information regarding the commission- Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid delays- If client does not respond in one month’s time, I will assume you do not want the commission anymore and end all communication↳ If stated beforehand you will be slow to respond, I may give you extra time
8. Liability- I, Mona, is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the artwork- Any disputes arising from the commission will be resolved through negotiation and/or mediation
9. Acceptance of Terms- By commissioning me, Mona, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions
